Update

We are continuing to track the issue preventing users from signing on to BetterCloud due to the outage currently being experienced by the third-party authentication service, Auth0. We have escalated with their support team, and they are providing timely status updates on the overall issue here.

We apologize for the inconvenience this is causing and will continue monitoring and updating as the situation progresses.

We have identified the root cause of an issue preventing users from being able to log into BetterCloud as an outage of a third-party authentication service.
