We have monitored for stability and concluded this issue is resolved.
This incident prevented the Workflow's UI and the Action menu from loading correctly. Further analysis showed this incident caused a delay for Workflows executed manually/scheduled to execute via the UI (ie: On Demand). All impacted Workflows have since processed as expected.
