It’s time for an Upgrade! The BetterCloud Support team will be migrating our ticketing system, live chat agent, and the Help Center/Customer Portal site
on January 9th, 2021. We’ll be kicking off backend work Friday, January 8th at 8:00PM ET and expect the maintenance to be complete by 12:00PM ET Saturday.
This change allows us to continue improving our existing capabilities in providing you the best support experience possible. We are very excited about the overall improvements this will usher in, as it helps us work together more efficiently and meet your needs better than ever.
We've made great efforts to ensure this transition is as seamless as possible, but it is not without some minor changes. We’ve highlighted these expected changes that you may notice, some of which are temporary, in our Help Center.
For this maintenance period, new ticket confirmation emails acknowledging receipt of your ticket may be delayed, but rest assured we are receiving tickets through the normal channels during this transition.
