Earlier today, we identified an issue impacting Box and Workday syncs, and the Workflow Builder in app.bettercloud.com. We have now addressed the underlying issue affecting these functionalities, have monitored for stability, and are marking this incident as resolved.

During the incident, customers may have experienced intermittent service errors when trying to create, save, or update a Workflow. Some customer may have also experienced failed Box and Workday syncs. For these customers, the updated Box and Workday data will sync in on the next successful sync, or within 24 hours.
